What is IC and OOC?

There is a strict line drawn between IC and OOC, mixing those two is prisonable. So please, carefully pay attention.

IC stands for In-Character and this means all your character actions.
Examples:
/s Stop! Get on the ground!

* Blacknight digs into his pocket taking out his cell.

/r Hello, need a pickup at los santos police department.
IC chats - /close /shout /me /act /whisper. Do not use smileys or shortcuts(lol, rofl, bb,thx) in any IC chat. Smileys are allowed in SMS but NOT in phone or radio call!

OOC stands for Out Of Character and refers to yourself.
Examples:
/n ehh im tired lol
/pm 4 Yo, saw my forum post?
/n wtf, reported!
OOC chats - /global /n /pm /f . Wherever you see doublebrackets (( text )) it means its OOC.

What is metagaming?

Metagaming is using OOC information IC.
Example: Using /f for backup while you getting robbed. Using information you know in PM or /f IC.
Good explanation to it would be using someones name just because its over his head, and you havent met him IC. Or lets say someone pmed you that John_West killed you, you see John_West somewhere and you kill him. It wouldnt be metagame if he woulda said it on radio or called you(*describes John_West* in radio).
So, if you gain any information in any OOC chat (/n /pm /g /f) and use it In Character, you are metagaming. For example you want to sell gun or car and you /pm someone offering it. This is not allowed, because this is metagaming. If you want to sell your car, please use /sms 3170 (CNN advertisement) or offer it to people on streets.

What is revenge-kill?

Revenge killing is returning to someone attempting to kill him after you died.
Example:You got killed by a masked man, you ask admin who was the masked one. Admin pms you who it is, and you go to him and kill him. This is revengekill and metagame.

What is powergame?

Forcing others to RP and doing unrealistic things like bunnyhop. Just dont do things that are impossible IRL.
Example:

* Blacknight puts on his wings and flies away.

* Blacknight kills John.

* Blacknight steals Johns wallets.
