Laws And Fines Of Fort Carson

1.) Speed Law

You Must go between 20-30 MPH In town.
Out on county roads it is 30-40 MPH.
Highway is 50 MPH.

2.) Red Lights

YOU MUST STOP AT ALL RED LIGHTS.

3.) Weapons

If You have a Weapons License, You must keep your weapon holstered, Unless your defending yourself, Target Shooting(Country Areas Only).

4.) Vehicles

If your vehicle has extensive damage, Broken Windshield, Busted Tires, Busted back glass. You car will be towed unless the Officer decides otherwise, And receive a ticket.

5.) Fighting

If your caught Fighting The subject that called in the fight will be questioned throughly and the crime scene will be investigated.
The Officer that took the call will make his decision on if he will take action in prosecuting the subject.

6.) Seatbelt

You must wear your Seatbelt (/seatbelt), If caught without it on you will be ticketed.

7.) Drugs

If your caught with any illegal contraband, You will lose it, and an Optional Jailable Offence. Decided by the Officer that took the call.

8.) Obstruction Of Justice

If you do not comply with an Officer of the law, You will be Arrested, Fined.
If you disrupt an Officer while he is On Duty. You will be Arrested, Fined.

If you do not have a Drivers License, You will be fined.

10.) Fleeing And Evading

If you Flee from an Officer, And he catches you. You will be Arrested, Fined.

A Red Light Violation will cost you $50-$75 Dollars.

A Weapons Violation will cost you $500-$750 Dollars, 15 Minutes In Jail.

A Vehicle Violation will cost you $50-$75 Dollars.

5.)Fighting Violation

A Fighting Violation will cost you $350-$500 Dollars, 15 Minutes In Jail.

6.) Seatbelt Violation

A Seatbelt Violation will cost you $75-$100 Dollars.

7.) Drug Violation

A Drug Violation will cost you $500-$1000 Dollars, All Contraband Will Be Seized, Jailed(Optional 10 Minutes In Jail).

8.) Obstruction Of Justice Violation

A Obstruction Of Justice Violation will cost you $250-$300 Dollars, 5 Minutes In Jail.

A No Drivers License Violation will cost you $100 Dollars.

A Fleeing And Evading Charge will cost you $800-$1000 Dollars, 15 Minutes in Jail.

OK im just pointing this out, first the prices for fines are good cant argue too much about them, but the time in jail, while less than other servers still seems high 15 min in jail is enough for me to say no more to the server, especially if i was roleplay fighting or have a gun battle with roleplay elements, i got put in jail on another server for...and i quote "running from and being shot by an officer" 6000 seconds, and i think thats like 45 min, and i can tell you i will never go back to that server,

The Only time someone should be in jail for 15 min is because they are trolling and not trying to participate in the server

and well theres my 2 bits, feel free to ban me for posting in the wrong section or whatever

Let me explain this to you. 15 minutes isnt a harsh jail time. Go to another server and see. Where I came from Its 1-2 hours. If you do the crime you do the time.

Dude there is 3 to 4 hours of arrest time in San Andreas Roleplay, 4-5 hours arrest time in Los Santos Roleplay and the others have 1 to 2 hours arrest time. So this is nothing.

lol ? 15 min is realy good man , in another server i got jaild for 1 hour , and were increased by a cop to 3 hours reason "insulting cop in jail " lol

No. just made a new account and then jaild again for 30 min dont realy remember why but then i left the server XD

Thanks Louis. Nobody understand that mgrp jail times is a given. They are considered low. Nobody realizes that 30 minutes or even an hour is not a bad jail time at all.

Id actually be ok with that, far better than sitting in a 2x4 cell doing nothing but watching numbers count down
